This page explains which personal data is processed when you use this website or contact me, why it is needed, who receives it and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Snezhana Romashko.
For any questions about personal data:
- E-mail: snejana.elite@gmail.com
- Phone: +420 703 159 608
2. What data is processed
When you submit a consultation request through the form on the website:
- your name;
- phone number or email address;
- your chosen messenger and handle — if you provide one;
- the interests and goals you selected, and your comment if you left one;
- technical details of the request: the language and address of the page it was sent from, the country determined from the IP address, and the time it was sent.
Providing data is not mandatory, but without a contact detail I cannot reply to your request.
When you email, call, or contact me via a messenger or social network, I receive the information you share yourself and the contact details of your account.
When you simply browse the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical request data — IP address, browser type, page address and time of access. This is needed for the website to work and to protect it from attacks.
3. Why and on what legal basis
- Responding to your request and arranging and holding the consultation — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Operating and securing the website and protecting it from spam and abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- If we start working together — performance of the contract and compliance with obligations imposed by law (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
The data is not used for newsletters or advertising and is not sold to third parties. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who receives the data
The website and request handling rely on services that process data on my behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, attack protection and delivery of requests to my inbox;
- Google LLC — the Gmail service, where requests are stored.
These companies are based in the USA. Data is transferred on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses.
If you contact me via Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn, your data is also processed by those platforms under their own policies.
5. How long data is kept
- Requests and correspondence — up to 12 months from the last contact if no cooperation follows.
- If we work together — for the duration of the cooperation and then as long as the law requires.
- Hosting technical logs — for the limited period set by the provider.
You can ask for your request to be deleted earlier — just send an email.
6. Cookies and local storage
The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Your browser’s local storage keeps only the language you selected, so you do not have to switch it again on your next visit. This data is not sent to the server and can be deleted in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out which of your data is processed and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
To exercise a right, send an email — I will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic this is Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ).
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, for example when the services used by the website change. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
